• Proven track record of delivering consistent sales pipeline at both large enterprise accounts and more transactional commercial accounts managing outbound prospecting teams • 5+ years experience managing a team of SDRs • Management experience leading teams of 15 or more team members across North America, EMEA, and APAC • Knowledge and experience with both outbound and inbound business development motions and KPIs • Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization • Proven success aligning key stakeholders including sales, marketing, operations, and product marketing • Proven ability to hire, train, and retain new SDRs • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment • Highly proficient in Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Navigator, Salesloft or Outreach.io, LeanData and other sales productivity tools • SaaS experience for a technical, complex product (networking, DevOps, security) highly preferred
