• Sales and Business Development - 2025 Opportunities • Keywords Studios is a leading provider of technical services to the global video games industry, and we are excited to announce new opportunities for 2025. • We are looking for skilled and motivated Business Development Managers to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth in various service areas including Quality Assurance, Localization, Audio, and more. • As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships within the gaming industry. • You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing new partnerships, and enhancing the visibility of Keywords Studios in the global market. • This is an exciting chance to shape the future of our studio and actively participate in our ambitious expansion plans for 2025. • Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue growth targets. • Identify potential clients and market opportunities within the gaming sector. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at various levels. • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, and Services to align business development efforts with overall company goals. • Network and promote Keywords Studio’s services at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape. • Prepare and present high-quality proposals and presentations to prospective clients. • Track and report on business development activities and results to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the gaming industry or related technical services. • Strong understanding of the video games market, including QA, Localization, Art or Audio services. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively. • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. • A passion for gaming and a keen interest in emerging technologies and trends. • Ability to travel as required to meet clients and participate in industry events. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
