Description

β€’ The primary function of this role is to provide remote support to Dematic Customers on production systems. β€’ Travel between 20-30% to different customer locations, which may include weekends and overtime. β€’ Participates in the support of semi-complex systems that integrate hardware and software. β€’ Provides support in semi-complex material specification, schematic troubleshooting, and appropriate follow-up. β€’ Participates in recommending ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction, and improvement in customer satisfaction. β€’ Provides troubleshooting expertise to Dematic's customers.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree β€’ 5+ year's experience in a related field providing customer service support β€’ Experience with Dematic Walmart Installs β€’ Being willing to work nights and on-call coverage is a must β€’ Experience with Allen Bradley Logix PLC controls platforms β€’ Experience with controls hardware troubleshooting β€’ Siemens and Modicon PLC experience a plus β€’ Electrical troubleshooting experience β€’ Strong customer service mentality β€’ Ability to work in a team environment β€’ Strong verbal communication skills over the phone β€’ Ability to work independently
