β€’ Kiva Confections relies on the Field Sales Representative (FSR) to manage and grow relationships with accounts in assigned geographic market. β€’ The FSR will be the primary point of contact for these accounts and will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, developing and executing collaborative programs with Kiva's retail partners, building relationships, and identifying and closing new business opportunities within their assigned territory. β€’ This position reports to the Senior Sales Manager. β€’ The Field Sales Representative plays a critical role in Kiva Confections' sales and distribution strategy. β€’ By effectively managing assigned accounts, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with retail partners and buyers, the FSR will contribute significantly to the company's overall success.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred β€’ 2+ years of sales experience with increasing responsibility β€’ 2+ years of Cannabis industry experience preferred β€’ Must be 21+ years of age β€’ You are proficient with Google Suite and CRM tools are necessary; Salesforce experience is a plus. β€’ Must be able to meet Kiva’s Motor Vehicle Report requirements β€’ A deep-rooted understanding of the relevant market and surrounding area β€’ Be able work autonomously and collaboratively
