Description

• Deliver a winning sales strategy for expansion of existing logos • Manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts to maximize expansion opportunities • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to keep clients satisfied and engaged • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement • Track customer details, identify decision makers, timelines, and specific qualifications

Requirements

• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree • Strong background SaaS/Cloud based Sales & Account Management • Strong background in Life Sciences Sales & Account Management • 5+ years of B2B relevant SaaS Account Management Experience • Someone who is independent and is self-motivated by hitting quotas • Strong track record of achievement account management goals • Previously trained in consultative / value-based selling. • Technically savvy & can personally demonstrate the application • Personable, with excellent written and communication skills, high attention to detail • Efficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce, HubSpot • Has an attitude which is positive, energetic, flexible, self-driven/motivated and supportive in a challenging environment. • Ability to organize and prioritize own work • Maintain focus and commitment on assigned targets • Willingness to travel if necessary • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong ability to engage and persuade
