• You’re a talent scout, energetically searching the real estate landscape to connect with high-performing real estate agents. • Using your exceptional phone and sales skills, you’ll encourage them to meet with us by offering them an opportunity they can’t pass up. • This position is 100% remote; however, the ideal candidate will be located in the “insert Eastern, Central, or Pacific” time zone. • Prospecting up to 50 or more recruits a day and convincing them to meet our managers through cold calls and warm leads. • Building relationships with our managers, understanding their business needs and earning their trust.
• Experience: At least one year working in a call center or telemarketing environment; telephone prospecting and real estate industry knowledge a plus. • Sales savvy: Prior work in a sales role, proven ability to quickly build relationships, understand needs and obtain their agreement. • Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, collaborative tools and CRM systems. • Communication skills: Excellent verbal, written and listening skills to convincingly sell our opportunity.
