Description

• We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our Coldwell Banker Realty team in our Minnesota metro. • This individual is responsible for serving as an account manager within the in-house agency structure and works proactively interfacing directly with senior team members and leadership to implement local, regional, and national marketing strategies. • Coordinates powerful national support provided by the Coldwell Banker brand and leverages those resources to drive results at the local operation level. • Provides direct, one-on-one orientation and assistance to real estate agents and company staff. • Select, supervise, and develop one or more direct report marketing support specialist(s). • Conduct research and analysis on competing brokerages and identify opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred. • Real estate experience is a plus. • Minimum of 3 years of multi-channel marketing experience in a medium/large professional services company with 2 years’ team lead experience at a management level or higher. • Agency experience is highly smiled upon. • Experience with new and social media, online, and traditional advertising. • Excellent and persuasive oral and written communication skills and strategic listening skills are necessary to effectively exercise tact, discretion, judgment, and diplomacy when interacting and/or negotiating with all levels of internal and external customers. • Must have polished public speaking skills and be capable of delivering compelling and professional presentations. • Demonstrated ability to work well in a minimally supervised, fast-paced environment. • Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Canva, Project Management systems, and CRM systems. • Capable of lifting small packages at events.
