β’ Rectangle Health is looking for an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of account-based marketing programs aimed at driving engagement and revenue growth for high-priority accounts. β’ Play a pivotal role in shaping account-based strategies while collaborating closely with sales to deliver personalized, targeted marketing campaigns that align with business goals and drive measurable results. β’ Define, implement, and continuously refine the ABM strategy to target and nurture high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with sales goals and objectives. β’ Lead the execution and optimization of multi-channel ABM campaigns, utilizing email, web, gifting, social, events, and direct mail. β’ Partner with sales to build and execute personalized marketing strategies that drive interaction and conversion, providing critical insights for outreach and engagement. β’ Conduct thorough research on target accounts to uncover their unique pain points, needs, and opportunities, driving more targeted and precise marketing efforts. β’ Collaborate with content, creative, and product marketing teams to produce customized materials and assets that directly address the specific challenges and objectives of target accounts. β’ Track, analyze, and report ABM campaign performance metrics, offering data-informed recommendations to optimize future campaigns and ensure alignment with overarching business goals. β’ Leverage and manage marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and ABM platforms to enhance the efficiency and success of account-based marketing. β’ Collaborate with events, digital marketing, and other teams to integrate ABM tactics into broader marketing initiatives. β’ Stay current on the latest ABM best practices, emerging tools, and industry innovations, sharing insights with the broader teams to maintain cutting-edge marketing approaches. β’ Provide general and flexible marketing support for cross-functional projects as needed, contributing to the success of various initiatives.
β’ At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on account-based marketing. β’ Experience in SaaS, Tech, Fintech, or Healthcare ideal. β’ Ability to plan, manage, and execute several ABM marketing programs simultaneously. β’ Exceptional ability to lead, influence, and collaborate cross-functionally, both internally and externally to the organization. β’ Ability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels. Willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done. β’ Creative and a strategic mindset with the ability to think outside the box. β’ Proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM, and email marketing platforms. β’ Ability and willingness to travel to company related gatherings as needed.
