Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of experience in clinician recruiting • Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems • Excellent sourcing skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Highly organized with a process-oriented approach • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations • Data-driven mindset
