• Oversee various marketing projects from inception to completion. • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets. • Allocate resources effectively to ensure successful execution. • Communicate project objectives, timelines, and updates to stakeholders. • Ensure that all marketing deliverables meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines. • Monitor project budgets and expenses. • Track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques. • Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing project team. • Evaluate project processes and performance metrics for optimization. • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • MBA preferred. • Proven experience in project management, specifically within a marketing environment. • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Proficiency in project management tools such as Clickup, Asana, or Trello. • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus. • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
