Requirements

• Proven experience in Customer Success Management • Strong soft skills: energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, open-minded, organized, proactive and independent • Strong attention to details and able to identify and anticipate problems • Good knowledge of negotiation techniques and ability to deal with decision makers, mostly Heads of Marketing • Love for digital marketing, social media and/or influencer marketing • Fluent in English and native German speaker - French is a plus
