β€’ Strategic and Analytical Thinker: You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to craft strategic solutions that meet customer needs. β€’ Solution-Oriented: You have extensive knowledge of customer pain points and excel at proposing meaningful, impactful solutions. β€’ Driven and Accountable: You take ultimate responsibility for your region’s success, demonstrating tenacity and a commitment to achieving results. β€’ Bilingual Communication: You have very good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and German. β€’ Innovative Mindset: The challenge of selling new technologies that may not yet fit into traditional procurement processes excites and motivates you. β€’ Cultural Fit: You resonate with the KONUX culture of continuous improvement, resilience, and flexibility. β€’ Industry Expertise: With 10+ years of experience in consultative sales within the railway industry or other national-level government sectors (e.g., defense, aerospace, oil & gas, renewables), you have a deep understanding of technological solutions and complex systems. β€’ Railway Infrastructure Knowledge (preferred): Ideally you are well-versed in the railway infrastructure industry, with a solid grasp of client budgeting and purchasing processes.
