Requirements

• Associate degree in agronomy or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience OR bachelor's degree in agronomy or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience • 2+ years of experience working in the agriculture industry, with on-farm experience strongly preferred • 2+ years of experience working in a sales-based role with a proven track record of success strongly preferred • Strong demonstrated leadership and coaching skills with the ability to get results through self and others • Strong relationship-building and communication skills; ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels • Capable of making confident, data-driven decisions • Strong negotiation, mediation, and problem-solving skills • Strong knowledge of ag inputs and diverse application practices (in-furrow/other seed treatment processes) • Possess strategic thinking, analytical, and entrepreneurial skills with the ability to adapt to new environments • Work independently and effectively with minimal supervision • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must possess a valid driver’s license
