Description

• Design and prototype user interfaces for enterprise applications, ensuring usability and accessibility of design solutions. • Conduct competitor analysis, ideation and brainstorming to refine designs and create better design solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into innovative design solutions that meet regulatory compliance and industry standards. • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and iterate on feedback from stakeholders. • Considering the sensitive nature of healthcare data, maintain brand consistency and adhere to design standards throughout the development process. • Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure compliance and deliver innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of healthcare organizations. • Leverage AI tools to improve UX and refine the design process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with experience in B2B web applications. • Proficiency in Figma design tool. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, focusing on usability and accessibility. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with PMs and stakeholders. • Portfolio showcasing relevant work samples and design processes, focusing on B2B Web applications.
