• Lead the strategic design, execution, and delivery of enablement initiatives across revenue teams. • Develop and deliver training programs for Sales and Customer Success teams. • Liaison with cross-functional teams on training for new products, procedures, and initiatives. • Create and maintain playbooks, sales collateral, and other enablement materials. • Ensure consistent messaging and best practices across all customer-facing teams. • Design and implement an effective onboarding program for new hires. • Develop ongoing training initiatives to enhance skills, product, and process knowledge. • Utilize technology to improve performance through rep efficiency and enhanced training. • Continuously improve onboarding programs to ensure new reps are successful. • Lead and manage all performance analysis. • Analyze team performance data to identify improvement areas. • Develop and monitor metrics to measure enablement initiatives impact. • Leverage data to monitor effectiveness of Sales and Customer Success teams. • Focus on improving sales win rate through analysis of win/loss data. • Assess strategies that drive KPA’s best sales performers. • Utilize technology tools to drive improved performance through coaching. • Liaison with cross-functional teams on training for new products. • Own and enhance KPA’s RFP response process. • Partner with the SVP of Sales to review sales performance and initiatives. • Partner with Marketing to manage the annual sales kick-off event. • Drive consistent usage of MEDDPICC sales methodology. • Help create a development program for Sales Directors.
• Bachelor's degree • 7+ years experience in sales enablement, sales operations, and/or other relevant sales/GTM roles. • Demonstrable experience and success building and proactively leading a Sales Enablement organization • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans • Proficiency in sales enablement tools and Salesforce.com • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
