Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience building highly scalable, high performance software solutions with at least 5 years of experience managing product-centrice teams of 50+ engineers • 5+ years of in mobile, web, and cloud computing technologies • BS/MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering • Well versed and experienced at applying Agile tools and methodologies to solve engineering problems • Experienced in and enthusiastic about identifying, developing, and motivating new engineering leaders • Highly collaborative leader with a demonstrated ability to motivate teams while partnering with a dynamic leadership team to ensure alignment and transparency • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; flexible and able to multitask while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems • Fluency in English
