• Kustomer is the industry leading conversational CRM platform perfecting every customer experience • Kustomer empowers businesses to operate with greater efficiency and deliver more personalized service to customers across any channel • We’re looking for a proven Account Manager to be a key member of our Enterprise Sales team and grow Kustomer exponentially • You’ll partner with Customer Success, Partnerships and your marketing colleagues to evangelize AI to an existing book set of customers • This role is remote and based in the US.
• 5-10 years of quota ($800K +) carrying sales experience • Sold to Enterprise accounts with complex sales cycles • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas • Experience in managing a book of existing accounts • Experience working at early-stage growth Startups • Expertise and technical savvy to conduct own demos • Experience selling to the CX side of the house (bonus) • Sold a Saas CRM solution in the past (bonus)
