Description
• On-boarding, maintaining, and cultivating relationships with key accounts • Provide support to assigned accounts including completing onboarding contract process, running reports, resolving shipment issues • Generate leads for increased sales opportunities • Work collaboratively with various departments to satisfy customer needs • Upsell current clients and provide training on new products
Requirements
• B.A. or B.S. degree, preferably in business or life sciences • Minimum of 3+ years of Client Services, Account Management or Sales Experience in Diagnostics segment • Women's healthcare experience highly preferred • Previous laboratory or diagnostics health system experience highly desired • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Excellent organizational skills • Able to multitask and works well in a high paced environment • CRM, Salesforce experience is preferred • Foreign language skills preferred
