Description

β€’ The Labcorp People Analytics team is looking for a master storyteller who is creative, experienced, and analytical to help us tell amazing stories with HR data. β€’ This role involves building stimulating data visualizations, crafting compelling narratives, and motivating business decisions with data. β€’ Conduct both simple and advanced data analysis to uncover trends, correlations, and insights related to employee performance, engagement, retention, and other HR metrics. β€’ Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. β€’ Design and create compelling visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate findings and trends to stakeholders. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, and Operations, to align analytics efforts with organizational goals and priorities.

Requirements

β€’ Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, IT, Data Science, or related field and 4+ years working in a People Analytics Team. β€’ -OR- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, IT, Data Science, or related field and 7+ years working in a People Analytics Team. β€’ Demonstrated track record or portfolio of data visualization packages or stories that can be shown to hiring team β€’ Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and data visualization platforms. β€’ Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint or other Slideshow software / applications. β€’ Strong understanding of HR metrics and analytics methodologies, including predictive modeling and statistical analysis. β€’ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex findings into clear and actionable insights using Slideshow software / applications. β€’ Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business outcomes through data-driven HR initiatives.
