Description

• Oversee daily operations across logistics, warehousing, distribution, and facilities activities to deliver a best-in-class customer and employee experience. • Oversee freight forwarder relationships, negotiating terms to realize cost savings and booking shipments with logistics team support. • Manage vendor and 3PL partner relationships, monitoring performance to ensure compliance with service agreements and negotiating contracts to balance service with spend. • Serve as primary project manager for all operations projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. • Develop project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational activities with business goals and customer expectations. • Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team, fostering a culture of performance excellence and continuous improvement. • Maintain KPIs to monitor performance, analyze data to identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. • Manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and identifying opportunities for savings while maintaining operational quality. • Ensure all operations comply with legal, health, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in e-commerce operations management roles. • Proven experience leading teams in a high-growth environment. • Strong organizational skills, can multi-task, is detail oriented, a self-starter, and collaborative. • Data-driven problem-solver with strong analytical skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to travel and/or work outside regular business hours as required to address operational needs. • Positive attitude and demeanor. • Interest in the LAKE brand.
