Description

• Support the design, implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs. • Administer compensation plans in Workday, ensuring employees are accurately assigned to eligible compensation plans. • Conduct market studies to determine benchmarks, gather going rates of pay, and determine competitive positioning. • Analyze, forecast and report labor market trends and developments in pay, unemployment, CPI and turnover. • Provide support to HR leaders on compensation-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with analysis of compensation or benefits programs or educational equivalent • Minimum of 1 years of experience with Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation strongly preferred • Must be technologically adept and able to work with multiple Microsoft applications and HRIS (preferably Workday) • Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLookUp, Concatenation and other functions) • Proficient in Alteryx and Power BI preferred • Must have high work capacity, results-oriented drive and strong sense of urgency
