📋 Description
• Technical Sales Specialist to grow sales within assigned species • Assist sales members with overall technical leadership on additive technologies • Develop & execute account growth plans, including sales forecasting • Cultivate relationships & grow networks to drive Additive sales • Develop and deploy product training to sales, marketing, and strategic accounts • Generate technical content for marketing of Additive products • Contribute to additive research execution including collaboration with strategic accounts • Engage with internal and external partners to provide market insights • Represent Additives at key industry & customer meetings
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of Masters degree • Focus in Animal Science, Nutrition, Microbiology, or Immunology in monogastrics • Experience in feed additive or animal health account management in the commercial livestock industry • Understanding of the impacts of additives on the health and performance • Track record of presenting complex technology, novel additive technologies and concepts clearly • Formulation experience
