β€’ Fortiva Additives is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to grow sales β€’ Additive Technical Sales guide the two-way translation of innovation and the marketplace β€’ Catalyst for technology transfer and education to sales teams and customers β€’ Sales growth with assigned accounts and overall Fortiva additives in all channels β€’ Develop & execute account growth plans β€’ Leverage resources, cultivate relationships & grow networks to drive Additive sales β€’ Develop and deploy product training to sales, marketing, and strategic accounts β€’ Generate technical content for marketing of Additive products β€’ Contribute to additive research execution including collaboration with strategic accounts β€’ Engage with internal and external partners to provide market insights β€’ Represent Additives at key industry & customer meetings

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum of Masters degree β€’ Focus in Animal Science, Nutrition, Microbiology, or Immunology in Ruminants β€’ Experience in feed additive or animal health account management β€’ Understanding of the impacts of additives on the health and performance β€’ Track record of presenting complex technology β€’ Formulation experience β€’ Self-starter and goal-oriented β€’ Strong problem-solving abilities β€’ Continuous learner with an innovation growth mindset β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and SalesForce β€’ Strong understanding of gut health β€’ Understanding and experience in the design, research, implementation of novel feed additives
