β’ Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business Administration. β’ At least 10+ years of proven sales leadership experience, preferably in the Urethanes market. β’ Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to drive profit and loss growth. β’ Ability to communicate effectively across teams and lead a diverse sales force. β’ A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for developing new business.
