📋 Description

• Remote Inside Sales Consultant position to close sales of customized aesthetic treatments • Deliver exceptional virtual consultations while understanding customer needs • Initiate over 150 outbound calls daily to build trust with customers • Present professional and compelling presentations of services • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient experiences • Educate customers on financing options and resolve concerns • Support brand standards and contribute to a team-oriented culture

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred • Minimum of 3 years of high-volume phone sales experience, preferably within a remote consultative sales capacity • Exceptional consultative sales abilities with a focus on understanding customer needs • Strong communication and organizational skills • Excellent presentation capabilities • A proactive, detail-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment • Must be available for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts
