Description

• Develop professional relationships with clients • Guide clients through increasing online presence with websites and digital marketing • Maintain customer relationships, building value and retaining customers • Promote additional marketing and website services • Understand and interpret statistical data to suggest beneficial solutions • Handle incoming customer comments and provide appropriate solutions • Perform Monthly Reporting Calls with Clients • Assess the quality of website and marketing services and provide solutions for improvement

Requirements

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience • 1+ year of Digital Marketing experience preferred • Experience working with a CRM preferred • Excellent Time management and Organizational skills • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills • Adaptable, Energetic, Team-Player Attitude • Ability to type 45 wpm • Ability to multitask efficiently • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with a working knowledge of Google Apps • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
