β€’ Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. β€’ Promote both free and paid products to our current dealer network. β€’ Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our dealer network. β€’ Create processes and strategies to manage expansion opportunities and effectively cross-sell and upsell to existing customers. β€’ Draft effective email sequences, cold calling campaigns, and communication plans to engage prospects. β€’ Collaborate with Small to Medium-sized Business (SMB) and Mid-Market clients globally. β€’ Grow within our organization and progress into new roles as our team expands. β€’ Provide exceptional service and support to exceed client expectations.

Requirements

β€’ 2-3 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS environments. β€’ Passion for being the voice of the customer and the storyteller of our products to our customers. β€’ Ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers. β€’ Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset. β€’ Highly collaborative with an ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously. β€’ Outstanding communication and presentation skills. β€’ Experienced at maintaining a CRM.
