• Develop and execute sales strategies to target completion engineers and reservoir engineers in the unconventional oil industry • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing exceptional customer service and support • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and follow-up processes • Gather and analyze market intelligence to stay current on industry trends and customer needs • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support sales goals • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with customers • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential customers • Keep accurate records of sales activities and update customer information in the CRM system • Collaborate with the product development team to gather customer feedback and drive product improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field considered a strong asset • 2+ years of experience in sales and account management, with a focus on the oil and gas industry • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, and exceeding sales targets • Ability to gather and analyze market intelligence to stay current on industry trends and customer needs • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Knowledge of the unconventional oil industry, and experience targeting completion engineers and reservoir engineers is a plus.
