β€’ Develop and execute sales strategies to target completion engineers and reservoir engineers in the unconventional oil industry β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing exceptional customer service and support β€’ Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and follow-up processes β€’ Gather and analyze market intelligence to stay current on industry trends and customer needs β€’ Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support sales goals β€’ Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with customers β€’ Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential customers β€’ Keep accurate records of sales activities and update customer information in the CRM system β€’ Collaborate with the product development team to gather customer feedback and drive product improvements.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field considered a strong asset β€’ 2+ years of experience in sales and account management, with a focus on the oil and gas industry β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships β€’ Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, and exceeding sales targets β€’ Ability to gather and analyze market intelligence to stay current on industry trends and customer needs β€’ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively β€’ Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment β€’ Knowledge of the unconventional oil industry, and experience targeting completion engineers and reservoir engineers is a plus.
