• Create, edit, and maintain high-quality documentation for WFM products. • Use advanced Pendo skills to track product usage and analyze insights. • Design and implement in-app product tours and documentation. • Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate documentation. • Review customer feedback to improve product documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in SaaS or software products. • Proven experience with Pendo, including creating guides, in-app messaging, and analytics to monitor product adoption and usage patterns. • Strong skills in creating end-user documentation, product tours, and release notes. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, accessible language. • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • High attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to improving customer experience. • Knowledge of WFM or similar enterprise products is a plus. • Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with remote cross-functional teams. • Basic understanding of programming concepts and experience with API documentation
