Description

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy, focusing on product-led growth initiatives from scratch. • Instrument and chart product-led growth measurements and mini-conversion goals, working at the pace of daily standups. • Collaborate closely with engineering in a semi-fused organizational structure, contributing to rapid product development. • Define and hold teams accountable to OKRs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. • Mentor junior PMs, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. • Weave generative AI into the product in useful ways, knowing when and how to apply it and when to pull back. • Analyze market data to develop agile sales motions and product positioning. • Act as a primary point of contact for product-related queries, translating technical details effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a relevant years of work experience • 5+ years of product management or related experience. • B2B SaaS environments are preferred. • Experience driving PLG strategies throughout cross-functional teams. • Experience mentoring and creating career paths for Product Managers
