β€’ LendingOne is a direct private lender for Real Estate professionals headquartered in Boca Raton, FL. β€’ We specialize in providing business-purpose mortgage loans for non-owner-occupied investment properties. β€’ Business Development Managers (BDM's) locate, develop, define, negotiate, and close new business relationships. β€’ A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate ventures and business operations. β€’ We focus on providing excellent client service, a professional approach, and true reliability. β€’ Semi-frequent visits to our Headquarters office in Boca Raton, FL may be necessary.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate lending space (conventional/nonQM/mortgage insurance, etc.) β€’ Minimum 2 years of professional real estate consultative sales experience with high net-worth clientele β€’ Minimum 2 years of business to business sales experience β€’ Experience building client relationships by phone β€’ Minimum 5 years of professional real estate consultative sales experience with high net-worth clientele (preferred) β€’ Minimum 3 years in business to business sales (preferred) β€’ Experience in commercial and residential mortgage lending (preferred) β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and time management (preferred) β€’ High attention to detail and critical thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues (preferred) β€’ Comfortability working in a fast paced, technology driven environment (preferred) β€’ A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving with a positive, team-oriented mindset, high-energy, and persistence (preferred)
