• LendingOne is a direct private lender for Real Estate professionals. • We specialize in providing business-purpose mortgage loans for non-owner-occupied investment properties. • We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Director to lead digital marketing strategy and execution.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in a senior digital manager role, or, 1 year of experience in an equivalent director role • 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital and content marketing strategies • 5+ years of hands-on experience working in WordPress • 3-5 years of experience working in Hubspot • 2-3 years of people leadership experience • Certification in Google Analytics (GA4) & AdWords • Hubspot Certifications (Marketing HubSoftware, Social Media, Inbound) • Develop and manage conversion tracking systems with Google Ads conversion pixels and Google Tag Manager, ensuring precise event tracking and robust testing. • Analyze campaign performance and attribution using manual reporting and Excel, adjusting strategies based on data insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
