• 4+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud or SaaS markets • Comfortable with generating and managing large volumes of leads from cold outreaches through email, Linkedin and personal network • Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and work in an unstructured environment • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS technology • No ego and willingness to do whatever it takes for the team to win • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. • Willingness to travel within EMEA, potentially multiple times per quarter
