• Engage directly with key customers to understand their needs • Work with Product Management to help define target growth areas • Analyze long-term market dynamics and suggest new product development programs • Build relationships with R&D engineers and manage customer intimacy • Research competition, evaluate customer needs, and pursue additional sales • Identify related products and new technologies to enhance development strategy • Define new target markets and create strategic plan to gain entry

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience related to semiconductors • 5+ years of experience in semiconductors with power semiconductor focus and customer interfacing roles at both technical and commercial level • Extensive experience with lead generation and new sales • Experience with global manufacturing companies would be preferred • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent people and relationship building skills, across all seniority levels • Fluent communication skills in English (in written and verbal) • Multi-language skills are a plus
