Description
• LevelUp is a specialist agency that provides outsourcing solutions. • The Talent Sourcer generates warm leads for the recruitment team. • You will work closely with recruiters and identify potential candidates through active sourcing methods.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in sourcing for technical roles • Capable of creating basic to advanced Boolean search strings • Excellent and effective communication skills • Some experience with conducting pre-screening calls via phone • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (Lever or other similar platforms) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when posting job adverts • Creative and consistent about getting things done • Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in HR, Psychology or a related field
