Requirements

• University Degree (BS or MS) in Life Sciences, Biotech, or a related field. • Emphasis in molecular/cell biology is a plus. • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus. • Demonstrated success with complex sales, particularly capital sales up to multi-million-dollar transactions. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience tracking and reporting sales metrics. • Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to manage key relationships across diverse stakeholders. • Proven expertise in territory forecasting, prospecting, solution design, and closing large accounts.
