Description

• Libertex Group Overview: Established in 1997, over 25 years of financial markets expertise. • Customer Success Advisors help customers with complaints and questions, provide product information, and process returns. • Main Responsibilities include assisting clients through live support, managing client accounts, and providing technical support.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Studies or any other related field • Previous experience in a similar position will be considered as a major advantage • Spanish (Native), English (intermediate and higher) • Knowledge of any other languages will be considered as an advantage • Excellent spoken and written communication skills • Ability to work efficiently under pressure • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word) • Stable internet connection (100mb and more) • Ability to work with flexible schedule including work on weekends
