📋 Description
•Responsible for essential specialized support and executing all aspects of the onboarding process. •Manage end-to-end onboarding process. •Coordinate onboarding schedules and orientation sessions. •Ensure necessary pre-employment checks and documentation are completed. •Partner closely with hiring managers and candidates. •Respond to escalated ServiceNow ticket inquiries. •Facilitate onboarding sessions for new candidates. •Provide ongoing support to new hires. •Conduct regular check-ins to ensure smooth integration. •Collaborate to develop and update onboarding materials. •Stay current with industry trends in onboarding. •Perform other duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
•High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. •Minimum 2-4 years onboarding/ HR experience required
