📋 Description
• Responsible for managing Payroll processes • Collaborate with technical teams or software vendors to design and configure software applications • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes, objectives, and challenges • Develop test plans to ensure that software applications meet defined functional requirements • Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integration points • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related field • Masters Degree (preferred) • 7+ years of Experience • Experience being part of a shared service organization • Oracle Certification (Preferred)
