Description

• Lead HR for Corporate and Shared Services Teams • Triage escalated Employee Relations issues • Develop and implement HR plan to drive business priorities using data-based decision-making • Manage, develop and lead a team of HR professionals • Provide guidance and confidential decision-making for broader HR function • Ensure strong alignment between Onboarding, L&D, HR Managers and people managers • Manage program implementation for performance review, merit, and bonuses • Engage, inspire & develop people, establish operational objectives and work plans • Manage crises and determine actions; escalate to stakeholders on risk mitigation strategies • Collaborate with COEs to ensure strong HR service delivery • Develop and deploy employee engagement strategies and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred • 10+ years of experience in HR or relevant HR Business Partner experience • 5+ years of employee relations and state specific labor laws • SHRM or PHR certification • Strong analytical acumen, reporting analysis required • Experience with WorkDay strongly preferred • Direct experience in change management, process standardization, and developing efficient workflows • Great at influencing through strong relationships, expertise, and data • Demonstrated effectiveness in a leadership role • Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders • Exceptional communication skills and ability to understand how to communicate large, complex change • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
