Description

• Own and refine the Workday product vision and roadmap. • Serve as the go-to guide on Workday. • Build positive relationships with HR, IT, Finance, and Operations teams. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR technology team. • Guide the team in identifying and assessing pain points. • Partner with Program Management team to align on delivery goals. • Work to understand opportunities for improving processes and vision. • Communicate product progress to stakeholders. • Identify opportunities for developing new or improving existing technology. • Share ongoing value realization with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in Workday or HRIS product owner/management. • 5+ years in people and team leadership roles within HR.
