• The Client Success Consultant leverages a consultative approach and project management experience to ensure clients gain maximum value from Lightcast’s Professional Services. • From project initiation to successful completion, the CSC manages expectations, offers strategic insights, and drives impactful outcomes. • With a focus on identifying opportunities for project expansion, cross-sales, and repeat business, the CSC is essential to revenue retention and growth. • Working closely with the Sales team, the CSC ensures a seamless transition from sale close to project kickoff, creating a smooth, value-driven client experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role focused on customer growth, success, and issue resolution. • Background in Consulting or Professional ServicesProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred • Proven track record of establishing and maintaining high standards for client success • Experience analyzing data to draw meaningful insights • Familiarity with major HR software and vendors, especially HCMs like Workday, SAP, and Oracle
