β€’ LightEdge Solutions is developing the IT solutions that will propel businesses forward over the next 10 years. β€’ Using a combination of shared and private/dedicated platforms, LightEdge has been successful in offering businesses alternatives that streamline operations, improve reliability and reduce costs. β€’ Join a dynamic and rapidly growing Colocation and Cloud Managed Services company with over $200M in annually recurring revenue. β€’ As a Regional Director of Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development and expanding our customer base. β€’ You will oversee a team of 8 enterprise sales representatives, focusing on acquiring new logos and achieving the team's $1M in annually recurring revenue (ARR) quota. β€’ Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a high-performance sales culture and ensuring the team's success in new business acquisition.

Requirements

β€’ Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role within the colocation and cloud managed services industry. β€’ Experience managing and leading a team of enterprise sales representatives. β€’ Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas. β€’ Build effective working partnerships with your LightEdge colleagues (channel partners, sales engineering, business value management, sales operations, customer first and many more globally) with humility and enthusiasm. β€’ Strong leadership and team management skills. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. β€’ Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools. β€’ You will have 10+ years of a consistent track record of employment with direct field sales experience developing net new logos selling enterprise cloud managed services β€’ 5+ years of high-level management experience of 6-8 direct reports in a fast paced, high-reaching, ever-changing sales environment β€’ You have previous experience utilizing partners, channels, and alliances to sell more successfully and overachieve your quota. β€’ You have a demonstrated track record in new business development and overachieving sales targets. β€’ Extensive experience negotiating large 7 figure deals with extremely complex terms, conditions, price pressures and considerations
