• Lightology is the largest contemporary lighting showroom in North America. • Our goal is to educate our customers on the intricacies of lighting design. • Our Sales Consultants provide sales and consulting services to trade/design customers, industry partners, and homeowners. • This individual will communicate with customers, and internal departments on an ongoing basis to provide the highest possible level of service to clients, to complete customer transactions and to help resolve customer questions and problems. • Bring your passion for design and lighting to our diverse customer base. • Provide lighting consultation services to in-store and online customers. • Assist clients through digital channels with architectural and decorative lighting recommendations. • Establish, grow, and maintain a strong client group. • Maintain open communications with clients regarding the status of orders, and resolutions to any problems that may arise during the completion of transactions.
• Sales experience in lighting and/or design is required. • Experience in a fast-paced retail or wholesale environment will help you succeed. • Bachelor’s Degree • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Some knowledge of lighting or electrical products is a plus
