Description
• Leads the Customer Service Specialists team for Specialty and Regional Accounts. • Oversees order processing ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Manages customer communication and order management activities. • Partners with outside sales to maximize sales revenue. • Coordinates monthly and quarterly sales reconciliations. • Participates in process improvement projects as needed. • Assists in recruiting, hiring, and training of new staff. • Reviews Order Book to ensure timely order processing. • Conducts pricing audits and troubleshooting problems. • Ensures monthly allocations are monitored and managed properly. • Assists with SKU demand planning and forecasting needs.
