Description

• Manage a sales/relationship/service telephone team of up to 12 - 15 investment advisor representatives. • Responsible for Voya’s rollover and retention initiatives. • Engage customers in fiduciary/best interests conversations, grow and retain their relationships. • Significant supervisory oversight including call monitoring and sales effectiveness. • Direct responsibility of sales and retention goal achievement.

Requirements

• College degree is required. • MBA, CFP or CFA designations are preferred, not required. • Financial services or related sales management experience of 5 – 7 years is preferred. • Licensure required Series, 7, 24, 63, 65/66. • CRPC designation (may be attained). • Strong sales and customer relationship experience. • Full understanding of retirement and retirement income planning. • Full adherence to FINRA/DOL fiduciary standards. • Ability to coach and build a team. • Strong work ethic and exceptional leadership traits are required.
