📋 Description
• The Sr. Sales Digital Technology Consultant will provide training & education to Lincoln’s internal & external business partners relative to the various financial planning and digital tools available in the financial services industry. • They will act as a strategic leader and will work across key business areas to direct, develop, prioritize and roll-out complex concepts to generate sales and achieve strategic objectives. • Develops, implements and evaluates to ensure organizational readiness for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
🎯 Requirements
• 5-7+ years experience in financial services sales and/or marketing with a focus on annuities, retirement plans, long term care, and/or life insurance that aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position. • FINRA Series 6 or 7 License Required up Hire • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Experience with financial planning tools including: Please list technology tools here • Technical knowledge of annuities, life insurance, long-term care, and retirement plans • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, identifying the appropriate resources and tools to drive solutions. • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment
