Description

• Generate sales activity for Lindemann Metal Recycling products in North American market area • Identify and develop opportunities for capital equipment sales • Analyze market potential and achieve sales plan/performance • Establish and maintain company image within market area • Actively pursue development of sales market area and new markets • Provide timely follow-up of proposals and feedback • Serve as local customer contact for information on capital projects • Utilize sales tools provided in a timely and accurate manner • Demonstrate cooperative team effort and good customer relation skills • Perform other projects as assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering • Minimum of five years of relevant industry field sales experience • Experience with Metal Recycling equipment is a plus • Strong leadership and relationship building skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce • Ability to work under stress, meet deadlines, and work independently • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Ability to travel up to 75% on a regular basis • Must have a valid driver’s license
