β€’ As a Senior Account Executive, drive revenue growth and customer acquisition in K12 districts. β€’ Lead complex sales cycles focused on large districts. β€’ Develop execution plans prioritizing accounts for maximum impact. β€’ Manage multiple sales cycles while focusing on prospecting. β€’ Utilize marketing resources for success. β€’ Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to propose customized solutions. β€’ Continuously monitor sales performance and adapt strategies. β€’ Provide feedback to influence product development.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of sales experience with complex, mid-market sales cycles β€’ Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales quota β€’ Experience with a sales methodology like GAP, Solution, Challenger, or SPIN Selling β€’ Proven ability to manage multiple sales cycles at various stages β€’ Strong territory management acumen β€’ Ability to leverage internal support and external resources to close deals β€’ Able to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders β€’ Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills β€’ Has a growth mindset that thrives in a culture of coaching and feedback β€’ Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
