• About Us: • At Litify, we’re revolutionizing the Legal industry by being the platform powering legal’s top performers. • Our mission is clear: to deliver better business outcomes to our clients. • As an Account Manager at Litify, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships within our existing client base. • This is a quota-carrying role that combines sales acumen with strategic consulting. • In this role, you will: • Manage a portfolio of existing Litify clients to ensure retention and satisfaction • Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities • Own and execute renewal motions • Consult, educate, and strategize with clients to help grow their business using Litify • Engage in business reviews, and strategic check-ins to drive value • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets tied to renewals and expansions

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university • Experience in a SaaS, account management, or customer-facing role • Strong sales instincts and ability to build trusted client relationships • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills • Experience presenting to and engaging with executive-level stakeholders • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred • Experience in the legal industry or selling to law firms, corporate legal departments, or government entities is a plus
